Placing orders
After you have decided which tool(s) and/or replacement part(s) you will need, add each item to the shopping cart. Review the shopping cart and proceed to checkout. The site will take you step by step through the checkout process.
Order Confirmation
The only order confirmation you will receive is from PayPal. SmithTool website uses PayPal for all purchasing transactions. SmithTool is an ID Verified account holder, which means that our account and bank details have been checked and accepted as valid. Paying through PayPal is safe and easy. You can pay with any major credit/debit card or use e-check. As soon as we receive your payment, we will send you the product(s) you ordered. Shipping Rates & Information
We offer shipping to all 50 States. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii will ship USPS priority mail only. We currently do not offer shipments outside of the United States.
Shipping Methods
SmithTool will always attempt the use the most time efficient and cost-effective shipping method available. Orders will USPS and UPS.
Shipping Options
Standard Delivery: 4-7 business days. Expedited Delivery: 2-3 business days. Express Delivery: Next day. Saturday delivery is available for most locations. Sunday delivery is not available.

SmithTool will ship within 24 hours after receipt of order. Orders are processed and shipped the first business day following the day the order was received. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Expedited and Express Delivery orders must be submitted Monday through Friday before 1PM CST. Orders placed after 1PM CST will be shipped on the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after
1PM CST as well as orders placed on the weekend will be shipped Monday.
